We are very pleased that Pain Management of North Dallas has just started a 5 year lease for 4,681 nrsf here at 5400 W Plano Parkway.We are back to being 100% leased and continuing to strive to serve the medical practices in our building.

Our longest tenured tenant is Willow Bend Orthodontics, and they have just renewed their lease and expanded their space for another 5 years. Willow Bend Orthodontics has been seeing patients in our building since January of 2001. They expanded their footprint with us recently to 3,188 NRSF. Thank you to Dr. Tamara Jones and her staff for continuing to serve her patients from our building.
